  2. This README file accompanies NCOPY.EXE v3.57.  The following files
  3. are included for this revision:

  7. PURPOSE:
  8. This update is intended for NetWare 386 v3.11 and NetWare 286 v2.2.
  9. This version fixes a problem found when the user loads SHARE.EXE on a
  10. workstation, and then uses ncopy to copy from a network drive to a
  11. local drive. This procedure would return the message "Sharing
  12. violation error." This new NCOPY.EXE solves this problem.

  14. To INSTALL this utility:     
  15.      
  16. 1)    Flag NCOPY.EXE in the PUBLIC directory to SRW.
  17.  
  18. 2)    Copy NCOPY.EXE from the PUBLIC directory to a diskette for 
  19.       backup purposes.
  20.  
  21. 3)    Copy this version of NCOPY.EXE to the PUBLIC directory.
  22.  
  23. 4)    Flag NCOPY.EXE v3.57 in the PUBLIC directory to SRO.
